Shipping policy

Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within 5 business days from the order date. Domestic (US) orders are shipped by USPS (Postal Service), UPS, or FedEx depending on optimized typical transit time and cost. Transit time may vary from initial estimates based on carrier performance and factors beyond our control that may impact delivery time. Delivery time is typically 1-3 days from ship date with postal service and 1-9 days with UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on distance from New York.
Shipping addresses are validated by our Shipping Department prior to shipment. In some cases, omissions in the shipping address may lead to a delay in shipment. If a shipping address cannot be verified and cannot be processed by our shipping system, we will reach out to the customer by email, phone, or mail to obtain an accurate shipping address. This process may delay shipment of goods.
Orders for items that are out-of-stock will be accepted and the customer will be notified of the delay in fulfillment and given the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Notification will be made by email (if an email is provided), by phone, or by mail.
Orders that are delayed more than 30 days will be referred to customer service to contact the customer for approval to maintain the order with an updated estimated fulfillment date or have the order refunded.
